We want you to be completely satisfied with DocSanitizer Pro. If the software does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following terms:

Initial Purchases: Any new Annual subscription or Lifetime license purchased on the web within the last 14 days is eligible for a 100% refund.
Technical Difficulties: If you experience persistent technical defects that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and fast. Please send an email to eladyifee@gmail.com with the following details:

        • Subject: Refund Request — DocSanitizer

        • The email address used during purchase

        • Your Paddle Order / Transaction ID (found in your email receipt)

Alternatively, you can manage your order directly through the link in your Paddle email receipt or via Paddle's Buyer Support portal at paddle.net.

3. Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Funds typically return to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel recurring annual subscriptions at any time with no cancellation fees:

Click the "Manage Subscription" link in your confirmation email receipt, or contact support.
Upon cancellation, your Pro entitlement will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
You will not be billed again for future renewal cycles.
